Andrew Pettey has been the primary piano tuner for Roger  Williams University
for a number of years now.  Andrew is very efficient and  very skilled and we have
always been pleased with his work.  He has always been  easy to work with, making
every attempt to fit his schedule with our crazy academic schedule.  Andrew has also
given us very good advice on the care and  maintenance of our instruments.   This
last spring Andrew took my personal grand piano and replaced the whole  pinblock
and completely restrung the instrument.  He did this in a remarkably  short time
and I have not had any problems now that it is back home and being  used.
